Our eighth grade team, who won a trip to New York City through the Stock Market Game, finally hit the Big Apple!
During their all-expenses-paid trip they made presentations to several investment firms—Jennison, Lazard, and Goldman Sachs. During their visit to Lazard, the company purchased $1,000 of stock and told the teams they would split any profit made by the end of the year. Our young investors were very excited.
The trip was rounded out by some sightseeing and a visit to the Finance and Money Museum. Thanks to all who coordinated and supported the Stock Market Game this season!
