Visiting classrooms

Students who will transition to a new classroom next year have been visiting their soon to be new environments. Kindergarteners spent time with Kris and Carla to do some writing activities, meet the first and second graders, and play on the big kid playground. Third graders spent some time upstairs with the Upper Elementary kids and teachers. Our eight graders visited the youngest McGuffey students in the Primary room. It was a treat for the preschoolers to have these future McGuffey alumni with them in the outdoor classroom and at their little tables for lunch. Transitioning students have completed two of five visits to their new classrooms.
