On October 21, Miami University was proud to host the Dalai Lama. This once in a lifetime experience was not to be be missed. While some of our upper unit students had tickets with their parents, McGuffey took the other students to Hall Auditorium to view the simulcast of his lecture.
The day after his visit, upper unit students watched a biography of his life and discussed his lecture and the significance of his visit.
