We enjoy Valentine’s Day at McGuffey because it is a holiday that encourages love and community. The staff sponsored a spaghetti lunch for the entire school, which gave us an opportunity to come together and celebrate our friendship.
Of course, there was the traditional exchange of valentines, which is always a favorite part of the season. We also got an extra gift this Valentine’s Day—our first real snow! We’ve been enjoying playing in the white stuff as it comes down around us.
