Tae Kwon Do

In December and January, students have been taking classes in Tae Kwon Do at the Oxford Martial Arts and Fitness Center. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art and the national sport of South Korea. As a martial art, it is popular with people of both genders and of many ages. Physically,Tae Kwon Do develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Students often count in Korean during their class.

Students have loved this section of physical education. Special thanks to the Oxford Martial Arts and Fitness Center and their amazing instructors for their time and talent!
