Students, teachers, and volunteers have been hard at work in an effort to publish our first book!
We are always inspired by our students, and we are continually amazed by their ideas, creativity, hopes and dreams.
So we decided to ask them about their vision of the future. What would it look like? Where would they be? Where would their friends be? This book chronicles the answers.
The 7″ x 7″ book includes a short piece written by each child in the school, accompanied by a photograph. This is a great keepsake for your child as well as a fantastic holiday gift for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends.
The company we are using prints on demand, which means there are no overhead costs. We are offering the book in both soft and hardcover to make sure there are affordable options for all. As the book was produced through volunteer efforts, all proceeds from the book will go to support McGuffey. We hope to have a display copy of the book at school next week.
In order to maintain privacy the privacy of our children, Liz will be emailing the parents a link where they can preview and purchase the book. If you are ordering the book as a holiday gift, please make sure to check the holiday ordering deadlines to ensure your book will arrive on time.
