Parent Jen Rode wants like to start a monthly “Ladies Gardening Club” that will tackle small jobs on the school grounds. Any women interested in some adult conversation are welcome. Men can help out by getting dinner on the table and shuttling kids as needed. It will count toward parent hours (for the women, not the men). We’ll probably start with outdoor projects, and move inside as the weather changes.
First meeting of the Ladies Gardening Club will be Monday, September 24th, 6pm-8pm. September Task: This month we are going to focus on pulling weeds and unwanted plant monsters from various beds. No experience required! Please bring along any tools that may help us accomplish this task (gloves, trimmers, etc.). Please contact Jen Rode if you think you can help.
September Scholastic orders are due by Thursday, September 20th. Please get your final orders in.
