Just before winter vacation in the Primary class we, Carla and Kris, continued our annual “Day of Giving”. This is a day where the children give back to the community in some way. Our class enjoyed going to the Woodland Country Manor and reading stories to the residents. The residents loved listening to the students, and we ended the morning with some group songs. So fun!
The students also made fossils as we continue to learn about how life began.
Working with the addition snake game and demonstrating knowledge of the commutative and associative properties of addition, using colored bead bars.
