Students had an opportunity to submit artwork for the Audubon Miami Valley Art Contest this year. A selected number of pieces were chosen for the exhibit; it was very difficult to choose pieces for submission! There were over 35 paintings and drawings representing a variety of birds from the Midwest and the Mississippi Flyaway regions. Artwork that was not included in the exhibit will be available to take home this week.
The exhibit and award ceremony is being held this Saturday from noon – 4:00 pm at the Talawanda High School. You can find more information, including a list of award recipients by clicking the link below.
