The Upper Unit (6-7) spoke with Brian McIntosh, a former resident of Algeria and Morocco, to acquire data to develop their resolution for Ohio Model United Nations (OMUN). Algeria is the country McGuffey will represent in Columbus March 10-12. They along with over 1000 Ohio students will participate in a simulation that models the United Nations. McGuffey will participate in a talent presentation and prepare a speech and PowerPoint while defending and debating their resolution–taking ‘learning’ all across the curriculum.
