The Upper Elementary Science class put on a short play about photosynthesis for their Lower Elementary schoolmates, who are also studying Botany. Upper Elementary students worked on the play for two weeks, so they did a lot in very little time! They played all the parts, made all the props, managed the backstage area, and did all the blocking and choreography. They even learned the Photosynthesis Song and performed it at the end of the play, with a Grade 5 student playing the musical accompaniment. The students carefully organized their time, divided the various tasks among themselves, communicated with each other, worked as a team, and had a lot of fun completing this project. We are very proud of their hard work!
